Auxilio's executive team provides dynamic, experienced leadership and direction.
Etienne Weidemann,
President & Chief Executive
Officer
Etienne Weidemann has served as President of Auxilio since 2002, and as President
and CEO from 2006. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the
company, and for championing the growth of Auxilio as a leading healthcare management
services company.
Prior to Auxilio, Mr. Weidemann was the Vice President of Sales Marketing for
Advanstar Communications’ Technology Group. Prior to that, from 1996 to
1999, Mr. Weidemann was a Director and founding member of WildnetAfrica.com.
Under Mr. Weidemann’s guidance WildnetAfrica became the largest Internet
portal for travel services in the African game and lodging industry. Prior to
that, from 1991 through 1996, Mr. Weidemann was founder and Managing Director
of Elecrep Corporation, and automotive manufacturing concern in South Africa.
Mr. Weidemann holds a law degree from the University of South Africa and was
admitted as an Attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa in 1989.

Paul Anthony, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate
Secretary
Mr. Anthony joined Auxilio, Inc. in January 2005. Mr. Anthony brings with him
extensive financial management experience, having spent the last 10 years of
his career with large providers of technology based enterprise applications and
professional services. Most recently Mr. Anthony was with Callipso as their Vice
President, Finance and Corporate Controller. Callipso is an IP-based network
services company with customized IP platform development capabilities. Mr. Anthony
was responsible for the day–to-day financial operations at Callipso, as
well as overseeing all investor relations, treasury, risk management departments
and support management of the information technology, human resources and facilities
departments.
Before joining Callipso, Mr. Anthony was the Controller for IBM-Access360, a
provider of enterprise software. Mr. Anthony was responsible for all aspects
of the worldwide accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management functions. Mr.
Anthony joined Access360 from Nexgenix, Inc. where he served as Corporate Controller.
Prior to this, Mr. Anthony held numerous positions in Accounting and Finance
at FileNet Corporation, a provider of enterprise content management software
applications.
Mr. Anthony started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Orange County in the
Information, Communications & Entertainment practice. He is a certified public
accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois
University.

John D. Pace, Non-Executive Chairman of the
Board & Chief
Strategy Officer
Mr. Pace spent over 25 years with ServiceMaster's Healthcare Division in a variety
of senior leadership roles. Mr. Pace is retired from ServiceMaster but in his
last responsibility as Executive Vice President of the West, Mr. Pace built his
group from $90 million in revenue to over $400 million before the entire portfolio
was acquired by Aramark Corporation in 2002. Under Mr. Pace's leadership, ServiceMaster
operated a wide variety of programs including Plant Engineering, Food Services,
Facilities Management, Clinical Engineering, Housekeeping, and Integrated Services,
in over 250 healthcare facilities west of the Mississippi.

Jacques Terblanche, Chief Operating Officer
In his capacity as COO, Mr. Terblanche oversees Auxilio's
Operations and leads the Solutions Group. Before joining Auxilio in
2003 Mr. Terblanche was CIO of WebEv, a web event management company
that pioneered and specialized in webinars in collaboration with Advanstar,
Inc. Before that, from 1996 – 1997
Mr. Terblanche was VP of Information Technology for Ultimate Sales Systems,
a software developer and distributor of Point of Sale software systems.
Prior to joining Ultimate Sales, Mr. Terblanche was senior partner of
a commercial and international law practice for 7 years. He did his undergraduate
work in Economics and Accounting at the University of Pretoria and holds
a Law degree from the University of South Africa.
