Joseph
J. Flynn, President and Chief Executive Officer, Board Member
Mr. Flynn joined Auxilio, Inc. in March of 2004 as the founder and Chief Executive
Officer during the merger with PeopleView, Inc. Mr. Flynn left his CEO position
but remained active on the Board of Directors. Mr. Flynn returned full time to
Auxilio in August 2009 to lead the company as CEO and President. He is responsible
for setting the strategy and vision for the company and driving the growth of
Auxilio. From January 2007 until his return to Auxilio, Mr. Flynn was VP for
Nielsen Corporation, a prestigious global information and media company with
leading market positions in marketing information, media information, business
publications, trade shows and the newspaper sector. Prior to joining PeopleView,
Mr. Flynn was General Manager of the e-learning, Collaboration and Telecommunications
Group at Advanstar Communications, one of the largest US.-based Business to Business
Media companies. Prior to his tenure at Advanstar, from 1992-1998, Mr. Flynn
was Vice President for Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula for E. J. Krause & Associates,
Inc. (EJK), a privately held, leading international exhibition organizer. Mr.
Flynn holds a BA in International Relations from the Catholic University of America
in Washington, DC and a Masters degree in Foreign Language Education from the
University of Rhode Island.

Paul Anthony, Chief
Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Anthony joined Auxilio, Inc. in January 2005. Mr. Anthony brings
with him extensive financial management experience, having spent the
last 10 years of his career with large providers of technology based
enterprise applications and professional services. Most recently Mr.
Anthony was with Callipso as their Vice President, Finance and Corporate
Controller. Callipso is an IP-based network services company with customized
IP platform development capabilities. Mr. Anthony was responsible for
the day–to-day financial operations at Callipso, as well as overseeing
all investor relations, treasury, risk management departments and support
management of the information technology, human resources and facilities
departments.
Before joining Callipso, Mr. Anthony was the Controller for IBM-Access360, a
provider of enterprise software. Mr. Anthony was responsible for all aspects
of the worldwide accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management functions. Mr.
Anthony joined Access360 from Nexgenix, Inc. where he served as Corporate Controller.
Prior to this, Mr. Anthony held numerous positions in Accounting and Finance
at FileNet Corporation, a provider of enterprise content management software
applications.
Mr. Anthony started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Orange County in the
Information, Communications & Entertainment practice. He is a certified public
accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois
University.

Sasha Gala, Chief
Operations Officer
Ms. Gala joined the Company in October of 2005. Prior to joining the Company
in October 2005, Ms. Gala was an associate at the law firm Atkinson, Andelson,
Loya, Ruud & Romo where she assisted counsel to California public school
districts and community colleges on general legal matters. There Ms. Gala focused
on sexual harassment, discrimination, contract grievances and student rights
and discipline. Ms. Gala graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of California,
Berkeley in 2000. She earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman Law School in 2005
where she was the first woman ever to be nominated as speaker of the class. During
law school, she clerked for both the Orange County District Attorney’s
Office as well as the Orange County Public Defender.

John D. Pace,
Non-Executive Chairman of the Board & Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Pace spent over 25 years with ServiceMaster's Healthcare Division
in a variety of senior leadership roles. Mr. Pace is retired from ServiceMaster
but in his last responsibility as Executive Vice President of the West,
Mr. Pace built his group from $90 million in revenue to over $400 million
before the entire portfolio was acquired by Aramark Corporation in 2002.
Under Mr. Pace's leadership, ServiceMaster operated a wide variety of
programs including Plant Engineering, Food Services, Facilities Management,
Clinical Engineering, Housekeeping, and Integrated Services, in over
250 healthcare facilities west of the Mississippi.
