Mr. Abouchar is a founding partner in Two Lakes Capital, an institutional investment firm focused on investments in the technology and healthcare industries. Prior to forming Two Lakes Capital, from 2006 to 2014, he was an independent consultant to GRT Capital Partners, LLC, and the portfolio manager of the GRT Technology L.P. hedge fund and the GRT Tech Market Neutral fund; Senior Analyst at Pacific Edge Investment Management, a hedge fund specializing in various electronics and technology industries based in Palo Alto, California. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Abouchar was an independent director and chairman of the audit committee of InFocus Corporation, (INFS) formerly a NASDAQ listed company. J.D. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Vanderhoof is Chairman of Cambria Asset Management LLC and a principal in Cambria Investment Fund LP. Cambria Asset Management is the holding corporation for Cambria Capital LLC, a NASD registered broker dealer with offices in Los Angeles, Seattle and Salt Lake City. Cambria Investment Fund LP provides bridge loans and equity financing to early stage developing companies. Mr. Vanderhoof is a board member of Bionovo, Inc. He has over nineteen years experience in the capital markets. From 1998 to present, he has advised various private and public companies on capital formation, mergers and acquisitions and financing. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Vanderhoof was a trader on a trading desk that made markets in over 200 OTC companies. His career began in 1985 as an Account Executive for a NASD broker-dealer firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Vanderhoof has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2001.
Mr. Flynn is the co-founder and President & CEO of Auxilio. Under Flynn’s leadership and strategic direction, the company has experienced continued and successful growth since its inception in 2004. He is an accomplished business leader in the IT, media and market research industries with over 20 years of international and domestic business management experience with some of the world’s largest global companies such as; the Nielsen Corporation and Advanstar Communications. Flynn is fluent in Spanish, French and Portuguese and earned a master’s degree in foreign language education from the University of Rhode Island. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of America in Washington DC with a BA in international affairs.

Mr. Roberson is a finance and operations leader who brings deep experience with microcap and public company finance and governance. Mark currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Chanticleer Holdings, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed restaurant operating company. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PokerTek, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed gaming technology company. He has over 20 years of financial and operational management experience, including Curtiss-Wright, Inc. a NYSE-listed aerospace and defense contractor, Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, a NYSE-listed fast-casual restaurant franchisor and operator, and LifeStyle Furnishings International, a $2 billion private equity backed furniture manufacturer. Mark is a CPA who started his career with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed the firm’s regional health care practice. He earned an MBA from Wake Forest University, a BS in Accounting from UNC-Greensboro and a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
Mac McMillan is President of Auxilio and CEO of CynergisTek, Inc., a top-ranked healthcare IT information security and privacy consulting firm. He is recognized as a HIMSS Fellow and former Chair of the HIMSS Privacy & Security Policy Task Force. McMillan brings nearly 40 years of combined intelligence, information security and consulting experience and has worked in the healthcare industry since his retirement from the federal government in 2000. McMillan is considered a thought leader in compliance, security and privacy issues in healthcare, and has been recognized as a top health information security influencer.
Dr. Michael G. Mathews, Chief Operating Officer for Auxilio and CynergisTek directs all facets of service delivery and the day-to-day operations of the companies. He is also the Chief Technologist and a subject matter expert in information security architecture and assessments, risk analysis, policy development, network security, and host-based security across the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, Internet, telecommunication, and defense industries. He is the former Chief Security Officer at Parkland Health and Hospital System.
Prior to Parkland, Dr. Mathews served as Master Security Architect for Exodus Communications where, among other customers, he worked with Visa USA to write the original Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) audit standard for third parties (which has subsequently evolved into the current Payment Card Industries – Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Before joining Exodus, Dr. Mathews was Senior Network Engineer for TRW Space & Defense, where he provided services to the United States Air Force and National Security Agency.
Dr. Mathews holds a Ph.D. in chemical physics from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and philosophy from Spring Hill College.
Mr. Corbin is Co-Founder, Chairman & Chief Financial Officer at Dynamic Healthcare Systems, a SaaS company focused on the Government Healthcare space, located in Irvine, California. As the CFO, Corbin has previously shepherded four technology companies (two of which were public) to positive returns for investors. He is a graduate of Stanford University having received BA degrees – in Economics and International Relations. He has also earned the designations – CFA and CPA, as well as receiving an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
Mr. DeFord is an independent consultant with a long career as a healthcare executive, including his experience as Co-Founder and CEO of Next Wave Connect; EVP and CIO at Steward Healthcare in Boston; SVP and CIO at Seattle Children’s Health System and Research Institute; and Corporate VP and CIO at Scripps Health in San Diego. Prior to that, he spent 20 years in the US Air Force, where he served as regional CIO, a medical center CIO, and Chief Technology Officer for the USAF Health System’s World-Wide Operations. Drex has earned a Master of Science, Health Informatics from University of Alabama-Birmingham and a Master of Public Administration from University of Oklahoma. In addition, he is a Fellow in HIMSS, CHIME and ACHE.
Ms. Meadows is SVP and CIO of Texas-based Cook Children’s Health Care System and has been selected by the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security and the National Institute of Standards and Technology serves as the Co-Chair for HHS’ Healthcare Cybersecurity Task Force. She is also an active member of the Children’s Hospital Association CIO Council, a Fellow in the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and is an active member of the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME). Meadows is a graduate of CIO Bootcamp and is a credentialed by CHIME as a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO). She has a master’s degree in healthcare informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Mr. Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant and an expert in financial management, investor relations, tax, treasury and risk management with nearly 15 years of professional services experience with worldwide enterprises, publicly traded companies and start-ups. He has worked for a number of the largest companies in he world including KPMG Peat Marwick LLP and IBM-Access360. Since 2005, Anthony has worked as the lead financial management advisor and analyst for Auxilio the pioneer of managed print services for the health care industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
